Working English title: The Life Behind the Mirror
Closed, it is just a book like any other. Open, it is as if it were the mouth of the Creator of the universe, revealing the truth behind everything we live in the mirror.

Cover artwork: an ebony mirror that reflects not the room, but the cosmos — and a golden hand pressing through the veil of reality.
About the book
O Espelho is a true testimony: a love story that crossed the ICU, tore through the dawn and touched the universe. Each page is a fragment of a mirror that broke to show that life never ends — it only changes dimension.
For more than fifty days, Anderson Andrade kept vigil between hospital corridors and the mystery of God, while his daughter hung between the world of men and the infinite. It was in front of a fogged bathroom mirror that he made a silent pact with the universe — and it was at three in the morning that a hand he could not see covered his eyes and tore the veil.
The mark that appeared on his face the next morning was only the beginning. From that testimony, the book opens into a reading of the world: the wind, the water, the earth, the sun and the moon as mirrors of the soul — and, finally, the non-negotiable laws of the universe that register every choice with the exactness of a perfect mirror.
Part testimony, part nature writing, part spiritual reflection, O Espelho — The Geology, the Hydrology and the Botany of the Soul is an invitation: to stop looking at the reflection others built for you, and finally face what lies behind it.
Contents
A prologue, three movements and an epilogue — each chapter a fragment of the same mirror.
Excerpt
Opening pages, translated from the Portuguese original
You are not reading a book. You are facing the reflection of your own prison. The purple colour is the bridge. The mirror is cracked. The universe is asking you to see beyond the screen.
Matter is only frozen light. The body you inhabit is not a sack of flesh left to chance, but a circuit of energy. Humanity has been trained to look outward, seeking validation from screens and empty idols. When you turn your gaze inward, the silence becomes deafening — and it is in that emptiness that the power to begin again lives.
You live on the terrace of an illusion. You believe the ground beneath your feet is concrete, but it is only smoked glass. Break the glass. That is this book's invitation: to stop looking at the reflection others built for you, and to finally face what lies behind it.

The three movements
The book moves in three parts — from the facts the author lived, to the nature that explains them, to the laws that govern them.
Fifty days in an ICU. A fogged mirror, a silent pact, a hand at three in the morning — and a red mark that science cannot explain. Every fact here is a true story.
The wind that cleans the glass of the chest, the clouds as the world's great mirrors, the earth that does not complain when the seed breaks its shell — and the moon that does not need to be the sun.
Gravity does not negotiate. The universe does not judge with human eyes; it processes with the exactness of a perfect mirror. Each of us harvests what we planted — by the cold, perfect mathematics of universal affinity.
